Walk-in Physicals - Sports, School, & Work Physicals

One of the most popular services at Cornerstone Urgent Care Center are physicals. These may be required by school, work, or to participate in certain sports. We routinely perform physical exams for adults and children alike.

Physicals begin with a review of your medical history, any health concerns you have, as well as a physical examination of your body. Our providers ensure you are medically qualified to participate in the activities for which the physical is being obtained.

For example, during a sports physical or preparticipation physical examination (PPE), your healthcare provider will be able to determine if you or a loved one are physically able to safely participate in a particular type of sport. It is also a good idea to have a sports physical before you start a new exercise regimen.

In some cases, additional diagnostic testing may be necessary as part of your physical – and our walk-in clinic’s on-site diagnostic testing lab helps you get your results quickly.

When we are done, you will receive documentation to prove you have undergone the required screening.
